Our success is a direct result of the dedicated efforts of Irgens’ talented team of skilled professionals who embody the firm’s core values. Each team member offers significant real estate expertise and all work together efficiently and effectively to maximize project value.

Irgens’ five principal Members chart the course for the company and offer hands-on, high-level project involvement and oversight. The Members are supported by the firm’s strong leadership team which is comprised of business segment experts and office team managers, as well as the entire enterprise of real estate service professionals.

Irgens participates in industry advocacy and educational activities through a variety of industry-leading trade associations such as NAIOP, IREM, BOMA, ULI, USGBC, ACHE and HFMA. Many individuals on staff have earned professional credentials including CCIM, CPM, CPA, RPA, PE, AICP; and all participate in ongoing process improvement sessions aimed at honing  skills, sharing knowledge and elevating Irgens’ best practices approach.
