Irgens holds topping off celebration at BMO Tower


On Tuesday, June 25, Irgens held a topping off ceremony to recognize the last beam of BMO Tower’s steel structure being lifted into place.  The 25-story development at North Water and East Wells streets includes 380,000 SF of rentable space and is 335 feet tall. Irgens sells three healthcare facilities for about $75 million


Irgens sold three of its healthcare properties to Montecito Medical Real Estate, a Nashville-based company, in a deal totaling roughly $75 million.   Properties included in the deal are Calhoun Health Center in Brookfield, Wis., Tosa Health Center in Wauwatosa, Wis., and Mokena Medical Commons in Mokena, Ill.
