Irgens’ principal Members chart the course for the company and offer hands-on, high-level project involvement and oversight. The Members are supported by the firm’s strong leadership team which is comprised of business segment experts and office team managers, as well as the entire enterprise of real estate service professionals.
Irgens participates in industry advocacy and educational activities through a variety of industry-leading trade associations such as NAIOP, IREM, BOMA, ULI, USGBC, ACHE and HFMA. Many individuals on staff have earned professional credentials including CCIM, CPM, CPA, RPA, PE, AICP; and all participate in ongoing process improvement sessions aimed at honing skills, sharing knowledge and elevating Irgens’ best practices approach.

Mark F. Irgens, CRE
Mark Irgens is CEO/Manager of Irgens Partners, LLC (“Irgens”). Irgens is a developer, investor and operator of commercial office, mixed used, healthcare and manufacturing properties. Mark leads the Irgens organization in four distinct markets: Milwaukee, Chicago, Phoenix and medical office-healthcare development. He brings his 30 years of experience to clients and team members to ensure successful conception, implementation, completion and operation of projects. Mark has been directly responsible for over 200 real estate projects. He is a member of the Counselors of Real Estate and has earned recognition in the Midwest Real Estate News magazine Hall of Fame, Real Estate Forum magazine as a Midwest Real Estate Icon and the Wisconsin Builder Developer of the Year Award. He is a co-founder and past president of NAIOP-Wisconsin and a member of Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin and Urban Land Institute. Mark is currently a board member of the James A. Graaskamp Center for Real Estate at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, United Way of Greater Milwaukee and the Froedtert Hospital Foundation. Formerly, he served on the board of Waukesha Family YMCA, NAIOP-Wisconsin, BOMA-Milwaukee, NAIOP-National, Legacy Redevelopment Corporation, Waukesha County Economic Development Corporation and the Walter Schroeder Aquatic Center.
