Irgens purchased land from the Milwaukee County Research Park Corporation and oversaw all aspects of this at-risk development including the leasing of its 66,643 square feet of Class A office space. The project was successfully fast-tracked to be completed on time and within budget so it could meet the occupancy requirements of a priority tenant, Children’s Health System. CHS signed a long-term lease that equated to 90% of the space and grew over time.
