United Heartland

New Berlin, Wisconsin
A national worker’s compensation firm had aggressive growth plans and desired a new central headquarters building to house their employees, increase their operational efficiency and strengthen their service capabilities. After a competitive RFP process, the client selected Irgens to oversee site selection, acquisition, financing, design and construction of a 56,000 square foot facility on a premier site. Within eight months, Irgens administered the design and construction and achieved occupancy for a facility that could accommodate up to 300 employees. Soon after completion, the U.S. Green Building Council awarded the project LEED® Silver certification.

“The new headquarters is a key component in facilitating our national growth, strengthening our service capabilities and providing a great home for our high-quality work force.”
