In order to meet market-driven demand for contemporary, Class A office space in downtown Milwaukee, Irgens conceptualized, planned and led the development of 833 East. Irgens assembled a comprehensive financing package consisting of four lending institutions and private equity projects in order to finance the project and acquire an ideal land site along Milwaukee’s Lakefront. Then, Irgens oversaw the pre-leasing efforts and secured a key anchor tenant to move forward with the project.
The 18-floor, 358,017 square foot multi-tenant office building includes LEED-certified and technology-driven design for optimal IT access and energy efficiency, an on-site fitness center, multi-media conference center, restaurant, 459 parking stalls, and skywalk connectivity to the US Bank Center Galleria. 833 East features a four-story lobby and floor-to-ceiling windows offering panoramic views of Lake Michigan and the downtown Milwaukee skyline. Large, 26,000 square foot office floor plates are optimized for efficient office space planning.
