As Trans-Coil International (TCI) outgrew their locations in Menomonee Falls and Milwaukee, they needed to consolidate into a new facility to accommodate their continued expansion in manufacturing and research and development. Irgens was selected over four competitors to develop and lease the new facility. The 66,000 square foot, state-of-the-art manufacturing and office facility will combine the capabilities of TCI’s Milwaukee and Menomonee Falls locations and serve as the new corporate headquarters. The project was funded in part by economic development grants from local municipalities intended to spur job growth and economic development. Completed on time and under budget, TCI headquarters bolsters Washington County’s growth trajectory by bringing 55 to 60 manufacturing positions to the region.
“We conducted an extensive search for a location that would best suit our long-term needs. Economic Development Washington County has been very responsive to our requests and helped us to frame our options. Ultimately, the Germantown site proved to best meet our needs given key factors including proximity to our existing work force and future expansion opportunities.”
