Irgens Announces Opening of Edward Healthcare Center in Plainfield, Ill.
Chicago – Irgens is pleased to announce the official opening of its $6.3 million, 22,000 square foot medical office building on a 2.1 acre site located at the northeast corner of Route 59 and Dayfield Drive in Plainfield, Ill. The build-to-suit project is fully leased by Edward Health Ventures and will offer primary care services from Edward Medical Group physicians, including walk-in/urgent care, physical and occupational therapy, mammography, ultrasound, X-ray and other specialty physicians.
“We are excited to open the latest Irgens’ medical office building project in the greater Chicagoland area,” said Rick Nelson, Vice President and Chicago Market Manager for Irgens. “Edward Healthcare Center is the result of a strong working relationship between all of the entities involved.”
In addition to Irgens and Edward, other project team members included David Justh of CBRE (tenant representative broker), M&I/BMO Harris Bank (financing), Eckenhoff Saunders Architects (architect) and Peak Construction (general contractor).
