Irgens revitalizes, leases-up Brookfield’s Bluemound Crossings
With the recent announcement of Spring Bank’s early 2013 move to Bluemound Crossings – two single-story, multi-tenant medical/commercial office buildings totaling 49,451 SF at 16620 West Bluemound Road in Brookfield – Irgens is pleased to announce that the revitalized asset has reached over 91% occupancy. Spring Bank joins three additional new tenants, along with the extension of two others, to the rejuvenated property.

Revitalizing Bluemound Crossings
In December 2008, Irgens foresaw great potential in purchasing the mostly vacant property. In need of significant internal and external improvements, the easily accessible and highly visible property was renovated, renamed and rebranded as Bluemound Crossings. Irgens instituted an overall energy efficiency plan, highlighted by the replacement of outdated rooftop HVAC units and the renovation of common areas and restrooms. The parking lot was sealed and restriped, landscaping was enhanced, damaged portions of the brick façade were repaired and new monument signage was installed.
