Phoenix Real Estate Executive Joins Irgens Development Partners
Milwaukee – To strengthen its Phoenix-based team and implement company growth strategies in the western region, Irgens has hired Jason S. Meszaros as Vice President – Arizona Office.
Meszaros brings 13 years of real estate experience to Irgens. Most recently, as director of real estate development at Opus West Corporation, Meszaros led complex projects within a multi-state region. His responsibilities included site acquisitions, entitlements, design and construction oversight, and facility leasing. Prior to his employment with Opus, Meszaros was a vice president at Hewson Development Corporation where he focused on design and construction oversight, debt and equity financing, as well as property management and leasing.
At Irgens, Meszaros is responsible for real estate development activities and has already taken a leadership role on the firm’s 105,000 SF commercial office development at 979 Playa del Norte in Tempe, located just off of Scottsdale Road and the Loop 202 Freeway. Additional responsibilities for Meszaros include development management assignments, business development efforts and leveraging broker relationships in an effort to market and lease the firm’s Arizona properties which currently include 168,245 SF of space available for lease and 275,295 SF of space under development.

Meszaros is a member of NAIOP and the Urban Land Institute. On a civic level, Meszaros is a member of The Scottsdale Charros and the Eagle Scout Alumni Association. He also is the founding member of Arizona Troutcamp, Inc., a non-profit organization that fundraises for the Phoenix Youth At Risk organization. Meszaros received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Northern Arizona University.
