Growing Technology Firm Increases Space at Mayfair Woods to 59,828 SF

Irgens is pleased to announce the growth of Zywave, Inc. in Mayfair Woods, a signature Class A office building in the Milwaukee County Research Park (MCRP). This latest expansion is Zywave’s third within the building in the past year, underscoring the firm’s rapid growth as well as the mission of the MCRP to support leading research and technology companies. Zywave will move into the garden level office space formerly occupied by Irgens, while Irgens will relocate to Wood Lake III at 10200 Innovation Drive.

“We are excited about our continued growth and that we’ve been able to expand operations in our corporate headquarters,” said Joe Gibson, Chief Financial Officer of Zywave. “Irgens continues to be flexible in working with us to meet our increasing space needs.”

“Forward-thinking, tech-driven firms like Zywave represent the essence of the Milwaukee County Research Park,” said Jaclynn Walsh, Executive Vice President/COO of Irgens. “It is a testament to the City of Wauwatosa’s pro-development/pro-business stance coupled with companies like Zywave that have helped achieve well over 90% occupancy throughout the entire campus.”
