Irgens Fostering Female Management
A national survey of 1,019 real estate executives by business association CREW Network found women are likelier to spend more time in mid-level positions even though their performance reviews are equal or better, on average, than their male counterparts. It found that women represented fewer than 30 percent of the vice presidents and 20 percent of the C-Suite executives who responded to the survey.
