Irgens is planning two multi-tenant office buildings in the East Mequon Corporate Park, located east of North Port Washington Road, between West Glen Oaks Lane and West Liebau Road.

The 37,670 SF, single-story buildings would be built on 9 acres at 12100 N. Corporate Parkway with 189 parking stalls proposed for each property.
