Irgens sells three healthcare facilities for about $75 million

Irgens sold three of its healthcare properties to Montecito Medical Real Estate, a Nashville-based company, in a deal totaling roughly $75 million.
Properties included in the deal are Calhoun Health Center in Brookfield, Wis., Tosa Health Center in Wauwatosa, Wis., and Mokena Medical Commons in Mokena, Ill.
